CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE
Chocolate Orange Mousse

What you need

Serves 4:

  • 3 egg whites (90 g)
  • 35 g sugar
  • 120 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks (60 g)
  • 35 g butter
  • Finely grated zest of ½ orange
  • 2 tbsp. GRAND MARNIER® Cordon Rouge liqueur

How to make it

Combine the butter with the melted chocolate. Add the liqueur, orange zest and 2 of the yolks.

Beat the whites using an electric beater and add the sugar when they begin to foam.

When the whites are stiff, add the remaining yolk while continuing to beat. Gently fold the chocolate, yolk, zest, and butter mixture into the whites using a spatula.



Pour the mousse into glasses, decorate with orange zest and keep chilled.
