Melt the butter and sugar in a pan. Cook the apples for 5 min, adding the raisins and zest. Incorporate the orange juice and GRAND MARNIER® liqueur and cook for another 5 min. Leave to cool and put at the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
Preheat the fan oven to 170°C. Mix the flour, salt and sugar. Add the eggs, cream, milk, GRAND MARNIER® liqueur, and last of all, the melted butter. Pour over the apples and cook for 20 min
